Project Shadow AI uses a multi-model architecture where each query is automatically routed to the best AI model for the task. Fast analytics questions go to lightweight models that respond in under a second. Complex queries involving joins across multiple database tables are routed to deeper reasoning models. Content generation uses language models optimized for natural writing. This routing happens transparently — store owners simply ask their question and WooBrain picks the right model, balancing speed, accuracy, and cost. The system currently runs seven models across three providers, with automatic fallback if any model is unavailable.
